Hi, I’m Nolan Staff

I’m Nolan Staff — a fitness coach, Army veteran, dad, and lifelong student of strength, movement, and mindset. My mission is simple: Help everyday people build real strength, move better, and develop unshakable resilience—physically and mentally.

I created Mobi Fitness to share my experience, knowledge, and passion for fitness with others, leading to a happier and healthier body, mind, and life. Through discipline and skill, we train our bodies to thrive in this modern world. Whether that’s reversing the negative effects of a desk job, building real world strength, moving more fluently, or simply practicing and honing a skill, we’ll walk the road together.

My background as a U.S. Army Infantryman and personal trainer taught me the value of discipline, structure, and consistency. Over the years, I’ve specialized in kettlebells, mobility, and alternative training methods—blending time-tested principles with modern movement to build strong, capable bodies that last.

I’ve also walked the road of rebuilding firsthand. After undergoing two shoulder surgeries, I had to start from the ground up—restoring mobility, stability, and functional strength. That experience deeply shaped how I coach today. I know what it takes to train smart, work around limitations, and come back stronger than before.
